Our thorough 3-stage process affords us the opportunity to partner closely with our clients and to walk at their speed throughout each step of project lifecycle.
It also includes concierge level post-project support ensuring that results are exactly as expected.

DESIGN STAGE
Consultation, Renderings, On-site Mockup

Consultation:

Meet you at your home to review the project space and discuss your goals, ideas and thoughts.

We will take photos of the project space to be used in our conceptual renderings and to help in the design process.

We will answer any questions you may have.
Renderings:
-
This is the design phase – we will do research and metrics, consider your goals, and ultimately use the photos of your home to create realistic renderings (images) that will help you to imagine what the completed project will look like.

We will provide you with 3 different comprehensive design options to choose from (good, better and best) along with a pricing estimate for each option.
On-site Mockup:
-
We will create a mini-setup of the finished lighting project at your home, allowing you an in-person opportunity to review and approve the lighting design concept before you commit.

Once the concept is approved, you will receive a final quote.
A 50% deposit is due at this point in the process, balance is due upon completion of the Installation Stage (see below).

INSTALLATION STAGE
Electrical Work, Light Hardware Installation, Smart Light Programming
Electrical Work (if required):

All electrical work with be performed by our certified electrician to prepare your home for the new lighting fixtures.

This may include adding outlets or running wires to reach project areas.
Lighting Hardware Installation:
-
All lighting components will be installed, aimed and adjusted.

This step may require more than one visit to ensure the lights perform as intended in the dark.

Smart Light Programming:

We will perform the smart light programming setup to ensure your devices are functioning properly and are ready to use.

You will be provided with basic training on how to turn your lights on & off and adjust the lighting intensity.
​
Project balance is due when this is stage is complete.

CONCIERGE SUPPORT STAGE
Lighting User Training Session, Follow-Up Sessions & Support
Light User Training Session:

You will be further trained how to use your new lights, including how to adjust them as needed.

We may also perform a more robust programming session to provide you with pre-defined lighting "scene"options based on different use cases for your living space.

Depending on the project, this may be done the day of the install or just following the install.

Follow-Up Sessions and Support:
We want to ensure you are 100% happy with you new lights. Here is what you can expect:

1-week follow-up consultation and visit.
-
6-week follow-up consultation and visit.
-
Up to 6 months: unlimited tech support as needed (any necessary visits charged at hourly rate).
